The only way I know of to build significant boost at launch is to find if someone has created an ecu program that utilizes anti lag. If you don't know what it does, the ecu retards timing far enough so that the combustion partially takes place within the cylinders and turbo manifold instead of it all taking place in the cylinders. I like the idea of anti lag and it works but it can wreak havoc on any number of engine, turbo, and drivetrain parts at launch if the car isn't designed to handle it.
